What is the Truth?

Some people spend a lifetime trying to find truth and meaning to their exsistence. Here are just a few of the questions that people are asking:

When I die - is that really it?
Is there a "secret formula" that I can use to live forever? Can you direct me to where its sold? How much will it cost me?
Did Humans really evolve or is there some "Intelligent Designer" - a Creator if you will, behind all that we see and experience?
Is there a Heaven?
Is Hell real and is there such a thing as a Devil?
Is the world about to end in an Armaggedon - sparked by a middle East Crisis and Terrorism?
What about the "Secret Rapture"? Is there any truth to it?
Who is the Anti-Christ fellow with the devilish number 666 number?
Can world religions such as Islam, Christinanity or even Judaism provide me with the answers I need?
